Get to know our staff

Maria is the owner and founder of Servicios En General, LLC (SEG Tax Services). She started her journey in 2002, knowing she wanted to start her own business that would help the community and surrounding area. We are happy to say SEG Tax Services has been serving the community for over 20 years.  Maria is a Certified Acceptance Agent for ITIN's, Tax preparer and has received her AFSP certificate (Annual Filing Season Program) she is able to represent clients with the IRS.

Paty has been apart of the team for 2015. She is a part-time tax preparer who is also a Certified Acceptance Agent for ITIN's. When Paty is not in the office she is working at Good Neighbor Health Center. Her roll is supervising the finance, outreach and enrollment department. She is a woman of many talents. 

Abi has been apart of our team since 2018. She studied nursing at South East and CCC. Abi moved back to Columbus and has been employed at Columbus Community Hospital and works with us part time year around. She is a tax preparer assistant.  

Jennifer has been apart of the team since 2015 (but has been a helping hand since she was 10 years old). She studied Accounting at CCC. She is one of our managers and a full time tax preparer. Jennifer is a Certified Acceptance Agent for ITIN's and has received her AFSP certificate (Annual Filing Season Program) she is able to represent clients with the IRS. 

Irma has been part of the team since 2017. She is our front receptionist who is always here with a smile ready to help our clients. 

Iliana has been apart of the team since 2011. She is a  tax preparer who is also a Certified Acceptance Agent for ITIN's.
